You can absolutely be grateful for all that you have and still make changes that can make your life better. Are you settling for circumstances that aren’t ideal for you now or for who you truly desire to be? If you answered yes, then I want you to know that you don’t have to stay where you are.
I truly believe that change is possible when you make it your intent to change. You have to focus on where you want to be and how good that makes you feel and take your attention off of what you don’t want and where you don’t want to be. You also have to stick to the course of change until you experience that change, no matter how long it takes. If you quit before you see results, you’ll never know what could’ve been.
This belief is the basis of discovering what you want and turning that desire into a goal and then creating a plan. Once you know what you want, you can then say, okay I am going to take specific steps daily, weekly & monthly to reach that want.
It is why I ask the question “What do you want?” Until you discover and place your attention there, you will stay where you are. You need to allow yourself to dream big and in dreaming big you’ll feel excited about whats possible and you’ll have a desire to go after it.
My process is never going to change, because there are still so many women who don’t even realize they are allowed to have a dream. There are so many people that believe that life just gave you what you have and you have no control over it. The truth is that you can change what you have and where you are and the change can begin in an instant.
